First Hispanic justice on the Supreme Court
Sonia Sotomayor becomes the first Hispanic justice in the supreme court with a 68-31 vote...This yet is another big step in this country (Obama=first black president). Even if they don't get much done while they are in office, their mark has been made, and they have changed the direction of our future just by being elected. Looking at the bigger picture it's obvious that we've come a long way!! I'm proud! (but we still have a longER way to go).
